  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:
As a Marketing & Social Media Intern at Not a Bike Shop, you will get hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and customer interaction. You’ll play a key role in creating engaging content for our social media channels, assisting in customer queries via messaging platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns that foster greater customer interaction and community building.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including text, images, and short-form videos.
  • Customer Interaction: Assist in managing customer queries on WhatsApp and other social chat platforms, ensuring timely and friendly communication.
  • Video Creation: Produce and edit short videos and reels for social media that showcase our products, community events, or behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Drive and support marketing activities that promote customer interaction, engagement, and loyalty to the Not A Bike Shop brand.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Assist in tracking the performance of social media content and campaigns, providing insights to refine future efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
  • Basic video editing skills (experience with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and eager to learn new digital marketing strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
