  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a diligent and motivated intern to join our Accounting and Finance team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, accounting principles, and business finance.

Job Description:

The Accounting and Finance Intern will support the finance team in various accounting and financial management tasks. This role offers a practical learning experience and exposure to the internal workings of the finance department. Key responsibilities include:

1. Financial Reporting (Budgeting, Forecasting & Data Analysis):

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decision-making.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Help manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer communication.
  • Support the reconciliation of accounts and the resolution of discrepancies.

3. Compliance and Audit Support:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Support internal and external audit processes, including gathering documentation and responding to inquiries.

4. Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, organizing documents, and scheduling meetings.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance team.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the department.
