The Incentive Pay Analyst Intern will support the design, analysis, and administration of incentive compensation programs. This role provides hands-on experience with data analysis, pay structures, and incentive modeling while working with cross-functional teams in Finance, HR, and Sales Operations. Responsibilities:

The Incentive Pay Analyst Intern will support the design, analysis, and administration of incentive compensation programs. This role provides hands-on experience with data analysis, pay structures, and incentive modeling while working with cross-functional teams in Finance, HR, and Sales Operations.
- Assist in processing and validating incentive pay data for accuracy.
- Support the administration of incentive compensation plans, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Help review and reconcile incentive payout discrepancies.
- Assist in documenting incentive pay policies and procedures.
- Support compliance checks to ensure incentive structures align with company guidelines.
- Contribute to process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Sales teams to understand compensation structures.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, HR, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling).
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
