The Administrative Executive support the day-to-day sales operations at the ACE EdVenture schools.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring sales materials are readily available at all time.
- Ensuring incoming leads (CRM/Calls/Emails) are attended to and assigned by Sales Assistant Manager or Sales Manager.
- To assist Ace Consultants in creating pro-forma invoice.
- Arrangement for Assessment.
- To arrange with student undertaking the assessment.
- Communicate with teachers in charge of marking the papers.
- Updating teacher marking paper’s list.
- Arrangement for Trial Class.
- Communicate with admin to determine classes for trial.
- Communicate with teachers to receive feedback of student.
- Ensure complete documentations and payment from parents before submitting to relevant departments for registration confirmation.
- Communicate with parents to retrieve documents and payments.
- Communicate with Ace consultants and admin to ensure all relevant documents are complete.
- Communicate with finance department to ensure that payment has been received.
- Ensure that the workflow and scope within the Sales Department and between other departments are adhered to.
- Ensure that necessary information is passed on the parents for a smoother schooling process.
- Communicate with admin to ensure relevant information has been passed on to new parents before student’s first day of class.
- Communicate with admin to ensure that onboarding process is coordinated.
- Anticipate and identify opportunities to innovate/optimise/automate processes.
Requirements and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of using software like Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accuracy of information and attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills.
- Emotional intelligence and management.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of people in the organisation.
- Maintaining confidentiality with students’ information.
