  • Team Collaboration and KPI Achievement:
  • You will work as part of a team, aiming to achieve shared goals and targets related to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • KPIs could include response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction ratings, or issue escalation rates, while SLAs are the predefined expectations for service delivery such as response time or resolution time.
  • Active participation in team efforts to achieve these targets will be crucial to your role.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in both Korean and English, with the ability to converse fluently in both languages.
  • Must hold a minimum of TOPIK Level 4 or higher, or be a graduate of a university in Korea.
  • Educational qualifications: SPM, UEC, O-level, or equivalent and above.
  • Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • A minimum of six months of customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
