This position has to supervise, manage and lead the team to ensure smooth operation of production activities which shall include good process control, close monitoring of materials & manpower utilization, compliance with company policies/ objectives, local/oversea regulations, product quality and standards.

Job Description:

1. Oversee production activities at Traditional Medicine/ Health Supplement/ Functional Food section and demonstrate strong leadership skills to production supervisor to ensure smooth operation

2. Ensure products are being manufactured in compliance to cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, SOPs, company policies and quality requirements

3. Ensure production activities are carried out timely and in accordance to production schedule, material and manpower given

4. Monitor production daily targets to ensure on-time delivery while meeting site standards of safety, health and quality

5. Monitor productivity, minimize scrap/rejects, review and investigate material/labour variances

6. Communicate and work closely with other departments (e.g. engineering, planning, etc) should any unforeseen circumstances arise to minimize production downtime

7. Investigate process deviation, work in a team to identify root cause, effective corrective action and opportunity for process improvements

8. Review/approve all necessary documentations (e.g. BMR & GRB monthly report) prior to submission

9. Ensure adequate training is provided to the team and to prepare employee skills matrix/competency evaluation

10. Create, update and implement effective production SOP/WI in accordance to cGMP, ISO9001, ISO 22000, HACCP and HALAL standards

11. Supervise and develop a healthy teamwork to meet and achieve corporate objectives and departmental KPI

12. Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time

Qualification:

Degree in Science, any discipline related to manufacturing or equivalent

Working Experience:

Min 1 year of working experiences in production or any related fields.

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
