Requirement:

  • Familiarity with accounting software (experience with Autocount is a plus).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Accountability, accepting absolute responsibly for all tasks assigned.
  • Good in time management and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

Job Description

Accounts Payable:

  • Verify and process invoices from vendors, ensuring timely payments
  • Prepare payment voucher on a timely basis
  • Reconcile vendor statements, manage payment schedules, and resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Assist in preparing and issuing invoices and Statement of Account to clients.
  • Manage accounts receivable aging reports and monitor incoming payments.
  • Bookkeeping and Cash Flow
  • Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, receipts, and payments, to ensure accurate bookkeeping
  • Prepare cash flow statement
  • Bank reconciliation

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
