Requirement:
- Familiarity with accounting software (experience with Autocount is a plus).
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Accountability, accepting absolute responsibly for all tasks assigned.
- Good in time management and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
Job Description
Accounts Payable:
- Verify and process invoices from vendors, ensuring timely payments
- Prepare payment voucher on a timely basis
- Reconcile vendor statements, manage payment schedules, and resolve discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable:
- Assist in preparing and issuing invoices and Statement of Account to clients.
- Manage accounts receivable aging reports and monitor incoming payments.
- Bookkeeping and Cash Flow
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, receipts, and payments, to ensure accurate bookkeeping
- Prepare cash flow statement
- Bank reconciliation
