As a Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of several initiatives and drive continuous improvement within a specific area of the PTP process for Asia region. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for optimization within your assigned domain and work closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure smooth and efficient process execution.
In addition, you will lead and drive continuous knowledge-sharing initiatives across GBS, helping to keep teams updated on key process changes, best practices, and operational updates within your area of expertise.
What we ask
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting or Finance.
- Certification in project management methodologies (eg. PMP, PRINCE2) and or Lean methodology is an advantage.
Work experience:
- At least 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on PTP related initiatives.
Skills:
- Six Sigma certification (minimum: Green belt) or similar
- Good comprehensive E2E Source-to-Pay (STP) process knowledge
- Digital & automation literacy: knowledge of PTP and office applications (Excel, PowerBI, Coupa, SAP, SNOW)
- Shared service experience in food & beverage is an advantage.

Vacancy description
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing status of process, gap analysis, tools and methods, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Standardisation: Consistency and uniformity in ways of working across the different PtP OPS teams serving the seven business groups.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) in PTP.
- Product Owner of PTP tools.
- Technical Tier 2 support to GBS operations.
- Knowledge Sharing: Actively shares expertise and insights within the team and across GBS operations to ensure a deep understanding of processes, best practices, and key procedures.
- Ensure the application of core project management principles when leading projects, including:
- Project Planning & Execution
- Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Stakeholder Management
- Identify key stakeholders and maintain regular communication to manage expectations and gather feedback
- Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely adjustments as needed.
- Project Team Engagement
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and resolving any obstacles.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress against milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Post-Project Evaluation
- Conduct project reviews to identify lessons learned and share best practices across teams.
