  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in HR and gain valuable skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding activities

- Maintain employee files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

- Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing support to managers

- Participate in performance management processes, including goal-setting and performance evaluations

- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as updating policies and procedures

- Conduct research on HR best practices and make recommendations for improvement

- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong interest in a career in HR

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality

- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Prior HR experience or internship is a plus
