  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

Training Material Development & Alignment

  • Identify training needs and customize existing training materials to fit the local market context.
  • Develop and update training decks in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with the Brand Team.
  • Enhance training content to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer experience.

Training Delivery

  • Conduct monthly training sessions (classroom or online) based on the training needs of Beauty Advisors and District Trainers.
  • Provide on-site training during daily store visits to enhance practical learning and skill application.

Team Management & Support

  • Oversee the performance of District Trainers and Beauty Advisors in the assigned regions (Southern & Northern).
  • Guide and support the team to ensure high training standards and effective implementation.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Review daily and monthly reports to track training effectiveness and progress.
  • Evaluate District Trainer's monthly KPIs and develop route schedules for the following month to ensure optimal training coverage.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Take on any other tasks or projects as assigned by the superior or company.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3* years* of experience in retail, preferably as a trainer in skincare and/or cosmetics, with a strong understanding of related products.
  • Proven experience in beauty training, retail training, or a similar role within the beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, makeup, skincare, and sales techniques.
  • Extensive training experience, including delivery and coaching for detailing and sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train teams effectively.
  • Strong verbal/written proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, along with effective leadership and people management abilities.
  • Highly driven, energetic, flexible and strong team-spirited.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
