Job Summary:

We seek a dedicated and compassionate Dental Surgery Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. As an integral part of our practice, you will work closely with our dentists to provide exceptional patient care, prepare them for surgical procedures, and ensure a safe and efficient operating environment.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Patient Preparation: Greet patients warmly, prepare them for surgery by explaining procedures, and ensure comfort throughout their visit.
  • _ Surgical Support_: Assist the dentist during surgeries, including managing instruments, suction, and ensuring the sterilization of the operating area.
  • Instrument Management: Sterilize and organize all surgical instruments, ensure proper functionality and availability for procedures.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to infection control protocols to ensure a sterile and safe surgery environment.
  • Equipment Handling: Assist with setup and maintenance of dental equipment and prepare it for surgical use.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the dental team to optimize patient care and enhance clinical operations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in dental surgery techniques and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental or clinical setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in handling surgical instruments, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.
  • Personal Attributes: Compassionate, detail-oriented, a team player, and able to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
