  • Handle payroll: Manage the entire payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries and wages.
  • Checking staff attendance report: Verify attendance records to ensure accurate payroll calculations, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Updating payroll records regularly: Keep employee payroll information current, including changes in salary, benefits, or personal details.
  • Conducting Reprocess and Tally Procedure: Perform payroll reconciliations and ensure all calculations are correct before finalizing.
  • Managing Staff Personal Files and Filling any Relevance Documents: Organize and maintain employee files, ensuring all relevant documents are filed correctly and securely.
  • Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, OT, etc)
  • Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by superior and/ or management.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, email functionalities, ability to generate reports using Pivot Tables and work with large data sets.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
