Executive, Business Development (New Car Dealers) - Johor

We're looking for car enthusiasts and sales-minded individuals to be instrumental in forging and maintaining strong relationships with New Car Dealers, helping them optimize their used car disposal strategies, and driving significant revenue growth for CARSOME. You'll be the face of CARSOME in the Johor region, building trust, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional value to our partners.
What You'll Do:
- Dealer Acquisition: Proactively contact New Car Dealers (NCDs) to introduce CARSOME's solutions and explore opportunities for collaboration in used car disposal.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing NCD partners, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Business Development: Service and recruit new and existing NCDs, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions to maximize business opportunities.
- Pricing Analysis: Perform thorough analysis and provide valuable feedback on used car pricing requests from New Car Dealers.
- Operational Support: Assist with car inspection appointments at dealers' requests, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance sales efficiency, increase revenue generation, and achieve assigned targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments, adhering to established standards and processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Sales Objectives: Set clear sales objectives and establish actionable plans to achieve and exceed targets.
What You'll Bring:
- Educational Background: At least High School level (SPM, STPM, A-Level) or higher (Certificate, Diploma, Degree) in any field.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales is highly preferred OR a strong existing network/relationship within the car industry.
- Travel Enthusiast: Willingness to travel extensively within the Johor region to meet with dealer partners.
- Driving Proficiency: Must possess a valid driving license and own reliable transportation.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Previous experience or a strong understanding of the car industry is a significant advantage.

- Location: Must be willing to work primarily in the Johor region.
