  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Make Appointment

Initiate contact with potential clients and leads to schedule appointments for sales presentations.

2. Identify Lead.

Identify and qualify new leads through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.

3. Meeting & Presentation.

Participate in initial customer meetings to introduce the organization, understand client needs and set the stage for sales presentations.

4. Follow-up.

Conduct timely follow-up with prospects after initials meetings, addressing queries, providing additional information, and nurturing relationships.

5. Planning.

Develop and implement strategic plans for commercial growth, aligning with overall business objectives.

6. Market Analysis.

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for potential areas for business growth.

7. New Customer Base

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and clients, expanding the organization's customer base.

8. Marketing Contents.

Ensure that marketing materials effectively convey brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

9. Competitors.

Monitor and analyse competitor activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year (direct selling experience preferred)
  • Conducted in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, analyse competitor landscapes, and understand customer needs
  • Produced regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Worked closely with sales, marketing, product development, and

finance teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
