SBS is a dynamic and growing recruitment firm dedicated to connecting top talent with leading companies. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account cum HR Executive to support our internal financial, human resource, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Manage payroll processing, employee claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments while ensuring timely settlements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, leave applications, and performance evaluations.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll adjustments, and HR policies compliance.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Handle correspondence, document filing, and data entry tasks.
- Assist in procurement and vendor management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, HR, and/or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exposure in using InfoTech HRMS or similar HR/payroll systems.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
