SBS is a dynamic and growing recruitment firm dedicated to connecting top talent with leading companies. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account cum HR Executive to support our internal financial, human resource, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
  • Manage payroll processing, employee claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments while ensuring timely settlements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, leave applications, and performance evaluations.
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll adjustments, and HR policies compliance.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Handle correspondence, document filing, and data entry tasks.
  • Assist in procurement and vendor management.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting, HR, and/or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exposure in using InfoTech HRMS or similar HR/payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
