Content Specialist - Industrial
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop and manage content for industrial market segments, focusing on semiconductors, electronics, and laser processing applications.
· Create and edit technical materials, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and application notes.
· Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
· Optimize content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
· Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to develop impactful content strategies.
· Maintain a consistent tone and style that aligns with company's brand and voice.
· Support marketing campaigns by developing tailored content for target audiences.
· Monitor content performance and use analytics to improve engagement and effectiveness.
· Stay updated on developments in industrial markets and integrate insights into content creation.
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in content creation or technical writing, preferably in industrial or technical markets.
Skills & Other Requirements
· Strong understanding of industrial applications such as semiconductors, electronics, and laser processing.
· Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
· Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
Working Conditions
· This position is onsite / hybrid
· This position requires frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
· Occasional travel may be required to gather insights, attend events, or meet with stakeholders.
· Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary
· Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job
Physical Requirements
· Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings.
· Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
· Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
· Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
