Key Responsibilities:1. Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

2. Communication Management

  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and other communications.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaise professionally with executives, clients, board members, and staff.

3. Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule, coordinate, and take minutes for executive meetings, board meetings, and off-site events.
  • Follow up on action points and ensure deadlines are met.

4. Travel and Logistics

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare travel briefs and necessary documentation.

5. Project Support

  • Assist the CEO in executing special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing notes as required.

6. Office Management (as needed)

  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements for the CEO.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or travel when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
