  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct inspection and preparation of valuation reports

· Liaison with bankers, clients and relevant parties

· Ensure the delivery of accuracy, timely, and complete reports

· To provide regular updates on specific property sectors

· To undertake market surveys and feasibility study and other relevant surveys

· To provide advisory services

Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess a Degree in Real Estate Management / Land Economy / Economics / Business / Town Planning or other related fields

· Experience in valuation and / or other property research is added advantage

· Good analytical and writing skills with strong command of English language

· Knowledge in publication software is an added advantage

· An excellent opportunity to work in a highly and respectable consultancy firm

· Prospects for obtaining license / to be registered valuer / estate agent / property manager

· Minimum 1-2 years experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
