JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia both speaking and writing
- Must have experience in sales, preferably in promoting accounting system
- Educational background is not a priority, if you have relevant experience
- Must be presentable
- Be adaptable, flexible, independent, persistent and proactive
- Good in presentation and communication skills
- Able to present in front of the high level position & crowd of audience when required at the clients office
- Possess driving license and possesses own transport
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinates the assigned business activities. The BDE transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and client relationship are required with motivation for sales.
- The BDE responsible on the successful achievement of sales targets by analysing the needs and proving ability to deliver the solutions proposed to prospects.
- Participate in the development of new project proposal
- Liaise, build and maintaining relationships with existing and new customer
- Identify and develop sources of potential clients Maintain regular contact with Key Client
- Overcome client resistance & objections to products Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities
- Analyse and evaluate all data and monthly collection report for all billers
- Organize and execute all marketing and promotional activities and ensure sales targets are achieved as planned
- Responsible for the business development department including business deal, product sales, business development, and all marketing programmes.
- Prepare A & P materials/marketing collaterals for marketing programme
- Other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call or meet potential prospects
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of schools.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of sales.
- Achieve the Key Performance Indicators set by the team.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
