  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Ensure efficient operations of the Reservations Department to efficiently run and supervise the Reservations Department as to achieve high occupancy and optimize room revenue. Keep updated with the best possible room rate and keep management informed about its impact on both the immediate situation and on the future. Provide all reports in a timely manner. Update statistics to properly manage room inventories. Monitor, adjust, and improve all services where possible and required.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Operations

  • Supervise and correct the daily routine jobs of the reservations department and improve speed and accuracy by observing, daily briefing, on the job training, etc.
  • To be responsible for the assignment of all room types and applicable rates.
  • To retrieve all bookings from the online distribution channels.
  • To answer all requests requiring a reply by e-mail.
  • To ensure that we have received prepayment for “Non-credit Agency” and updated rooming list of all groups prior to group arrival.
  • To ensure that all rates and inventories in any distribution channel are updated and correct at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
