Responsibility
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company’s products.
Requirements
- Required Language(s): Mandarin and English. (Need to liaise with China, HK , TW customers)
- Fresh Graduates or Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
- Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts & off day (5 working days)
