1. Manage & control daily activities to ensure efficiency & effectiveness in receiving, distribution process, storage & packing.

2. Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

3. Maintain Warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed, maintain a clean and tidy workspace.

4. Maintain shipping documentations, manifest and receipts and enter relevant data in report as needed.

5. Ensure that shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders. Assist in the hiring and training process of new Warehouse's staffs.

6. Motivate and lead Warehouse's staffs to effectively carry out given tasks. Abide by and enforce facility rules and state laws and regulations.

7. Improve Warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system.

8. Organize, facilitate and manage stock takes at regular intervals.

9. Monitor and review operational methods to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative improvements within the operation whilst ensuring continuous customer service.

10. Other ad-hoc task will be assign from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,012.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
