  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Oversee the maintenance of all mechanical and electrical installations, including systems like CCTV, MATV, card access, fire-fighting equipment, and lifts. Develop preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, owners, and the developer to manage and coordinate defect rectification works. Monitor progress, follow up on outstanding defects, and ensure timely resolution in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor the collection of monthly maintenance fees, utilities, and other payments. Ensure effective fund management by maintaining adequate cash flow and controlling operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with the Strata Management Ordinance 2019 and other relevant regulations. Implement and enforce house rules to create a conducive living environment.
  • Manage and supervise service providers, including security, cleaning, pest control, and maintenance contractors. Ensure all appointments and services adhere to company procedures and standards.
  • Liaise with building residents, tenants, and owners on operational matters. Address and resolve inquiries, problems, or complaints efficiently. foundit Malaysia
  • Prepare and provide daily or monthly reports to the Developer, Joint Management Body (JMB) or Management Corporation (MC) on operational, financial, and manpower statuses.
  • Uphold a professional image and conduct in line with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of a Degree in Property Management, Building, or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in property or building management.
  • Familiarity with the Strata Management Ordinance 2019 and related regulations, including defect management processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in computer applications and property management software is essential.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
