Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Accuracy and Completeness of Purchase Orders and Information:
  • Verify and maintain the accuracy of purchase orders and related documentation.
  • Ensure all information is complete and up-to-date.
  • Maintaining Supplier Records and Database:
  • Update and manage supplier information in the database.
  • Ensure records are accurate and easily accessible.
  • Assisting with Budget Tracking and Expense Reporting:
  • Help monitor budgets and track expenses.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports as needed.
  • General Administrative Tasks:
  • Perform routine administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Requirements:
  • A diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent academic qualification is required.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Must be proficient in both English and Mandarin (writing and speaking).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Additional Information:

  • Salary Range: RM1,800 - RM2,000.
  • Age Requirement: 18 and above.
