  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Field Retail Trainer (Electrical Products)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training & Development
  • Train sales staff and promoters on product features, benefits, and selling points.
  • Develop training modules and interactive learning materials.
  • Conduct on-site coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Supervision & Performance Monitoring
  • Monitor sales staff performance at retail stores and provide constructive feedback.
  • Conduct store visits to ensure brand standards are upheld.
  • Identify staff who need additional training and provide necessary guidance.
  • Product Demonstration & Sales Support
  • Conduct live product demonstrations for customers and sales teams.
  • Support sales staff in improving sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to build trust and confidence in the product.
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Gather customer feedback and market trends for product improvement.
  • Analyze sales performance and suggest enhancement strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report insights to the marketing team.
  • Promotional Materials & Merchandising Management
  • Ensure marketing materials (brochures, posters, signage) are properly utilized.
  • Maintain attractive and strategic product displays in retail stores.
  • Reporting & Administration
  • Prepare training reports, sales performance updates, and retail feedback.
  • Manage store visit schedules and ensure training sessions are conducted as planned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in training, sales, or marketing within the electrical product industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical products and technical advantages.
  • Ability to travel frequently for store visits and training sessions.
