Duties and Responsibilities:
- To have full knowledge of all menu items and able to interpret in any customer’s queries about our product accurately.
- Setting up of café for dine in, include setting up tables and ensuring general cleanliness of the café.
- Manage customer queries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain positive attitude and resolved customer complaints promptly.
- Write customers’ food orders and enter orders into POS system for transmittal to kitchen.
- Handled cash and credit card transaction accurately.
- Present menu and serve food or beverages to customer.
- Able to recommend and upsell the food & beverage to customer.
- Clean tables after customers have finished dining.
- Ensure server stations are adequate stocks with necessary cutlery, tableware linen and other service requirements.
- Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, tidying server station and others.
- Perform other ad- hoc duties as assigned.
Position Requirement:
- Qualifications: minimum SPM/ STPM.
- Good communication skills. Required language(s): English.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and during Public Holidays.
- Patience and friendly attitude.
- Pleasant personality and team player who is highly independent self-motivated results-oriented.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
