Clinic Manager
- 3. Financial and Budget Management: (In conjunction with clinic accountant) Oversee the clinic's budget, including managing expenses, revenue, and billing processes.
- 2. Staff Management:Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff, including medical assistants, nurses, front desk personnel, and other support staff.
The Clinic Manager oversees the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. This role combines leadership, administrative, and clinical management to support the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing staff, managing budgets together with in-house accountant, improving patient flow, ensuring compliance with Jabatan Kesihatan regulations, and fostering a positive environment for both patients and employees.
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight: Supervise the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that all functions run smoothly and efficiently. (Clinic opening, patient registration, flow, timing for procedures/consent, appropriate discharge advice, appropriate/accurate billing)
2. Staff Management:Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff, including medical assistants, nurses, front desk personnel, and other support staff.
3. Financial and Budget Management: (In conjunction with clinic accountant) Oversee the clinic's budget, including managing expenses, revenue, and billing processes. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and implement cost-saving initiatives. Ensure accurate billing and coding practices are followed to ensure proper reimbursement from insurance companies.
4. Compliance and Quality Control:Ensure the clinic complies with all healthcare regulations, including Jabatan Kesihatan and DOSH regulations .
5. Patient Experience and Relations: Ensure that patients receive exceptional care by managing the patient experience from check-in to discharge.
6. Reporting and Documentation;Prepare and submit regular reports on clinic performance, including financial reports, patient satisfaction, and operational metrics.
7. Strategic Planning : Collaborate with Medical Director and Management to develop and implement strategic goals and objectives for the clinic.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Experience in healthcare management or clinic operations, preferably in a medical office, hospital, or similar healthcare setting. Prior experience managing reception, front counter opera
