Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience with strong leadership, training, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Demi Chef:
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or a similar role.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
