  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description:

1. IT Support

  • Assist in providing IT support including network, hardware and software to HQ and site personnel.
  • Assist in managing network infrastructure and equipment, including peripherals like email, LAN, servers, printers, etc.
  • Assist in ensuring IT equipment, server and network operations are functioning optimally by performing regular maintenance checks and updates.
  • Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure configurations and troubleshoot server and network operations.

2. Property Management:

  • Liaise with property agents for property viewings and negotiations as required.
  • Liaise with tenants for tenancy agreement and monthly rental fees
  • Ensure timely payment of monthly utilities charges, quit rent, assessment, maintenance fees, sinking fund, insurance, and water charges bills
  • Supervise basic property maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain proper documentation of property agreements, maintenance schedules, and related records.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Prof Cert, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be able to commit to an internship period of 3 to 6 months.
  • Passionate about the IT field, with a keen interest in IT support, networking, and system maintenance.
  • Willing to be involved in property management tasks, including liaising with agents and tenants, handling agreements, and overseeing maintenance.
  • Meticulous, responsible person and have strong sense of urgency.
  • Possess valid driving license and have own transport.
  • Must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
