  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Intern to join our technology team. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT-related inquiries efficiently.
  • Help with system updates, installations, and routine maintenance.
  • Support IT infrastructure, including configuring and managing devices.
  • Document IT procedures, solutions, and user guides for common issues.
  • Assist in cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on various projects, including cloud services and database management.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and troubleshooting common software issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
