We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our boutique, manage inventory, and identify prime locations for future store openings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for fashion and customer service.

Store Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.• Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to meet and exceed sales targets.• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect brand identity.• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory is maintained at all times.• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to prevent shrinkage and manage discrepancies.• Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment, ensuring timely delivery of goods.• Implement inventory control systems to track and manage stock movements effectively.• Analyse sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly to maximize sales opportunities.

Location Scouting:

  • Research and identify potential new locations for store expansion.• Conduct market analysis and assess the viability of new store locations.• Negotiate lease terms and agreements with landlords and property managers.• Coordinate with contractors and designers to plan and execute store setups.• Develop and maintain relationships with local business communities to enhance brand presence.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage budgets for store operations and inventory purchases.• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.• Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and store performance for senior management.• Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and events.• Ensure the boutique is consistently aligned with the brand's marketing and promotional strategies.• Utilize social media and other channels to promote store activities and new arrivals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or boutique industry.• Strong knowledge of inventory management and control systems.• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Familiarity with the local market and trends in the retail industry.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Attendance bonus
