  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring a Vacant Possessions Executive to assist in the smooth handover of completed residential and commercial units to new owners. This role involves conducting simple unit inspections, coordinating defect rectifications, communicating between property owners and contractors, and ensuring that the transition process is seamless for property owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-handover inspections of vacant units to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Assist property owners during the vacant possession (VP) process, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
  • Document and report any defects or issues, coordinating with contractors for rectification.
  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed properly.
  • Work closely with the property management team to facilitate a smooth handover experience.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though aDiploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in property handovers, customer service, or property management is an advantage. On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle client interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
