Customer Support (Fresh Grads)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Operations Support. This role is essential in ensuring seamless logistics operations by managing shipments, overseeing operational activities, and collaborating with third-party providers.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Draft and maintain accurate shipment records to ensure timely updates.
Train and guide new team members on operational procedures and best practices.
Monitor daily activities at hubs, KLIA, and stations to ensure operational efficiency.
Resolve shipment-related issues by coordinating with relevant teams promptly.
Respond to emails professionally and maintain effective internal communication.
Collaborate with third-party providers like Poslaju, agents, and Lazada to ensure reliable outsourcing services.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
