  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable chemical solutions for drug formulations, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products.
  • Collaborate with R&D and quality control teams to offer product customization or alternative solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, cosmetic brands, and contract manufacturers.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide post-sales support.
  • Work closely with procurement and regulatory teams of client organizations to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor movements.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and personal care industry regulations (FDA, GMP, ISO standards).
  • Stay updated on ingredient safety, labeling, and industry guidelines.
  • Assist customers in meeting regulatory requirements for new product development.
  • Work closely with marketing, R&D, and supply chain teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on market needs.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as seminars, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in cosmetic science, pharmaceuticals, or sales & marketing are an advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical support in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
