  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Handyman to join our property maintenance team. This role involves performing general repair and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all facilities remain in good working condition. The ideal candidate should be skilled in basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and fixing building-related issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general repair, installation, and maintenance work, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, working with technicians, contractors, and suppliers for specialized repairs.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and management.
  • Record mains bulk water meter and sub-water meter readings.
  • Oversee and inspect cleanliness and functionality of building facilities, including toilets, car parks, doors and hinges, walls and fittings etc.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time when necessary.

Requirements:

  • MLVK/ SKM / SPM/ Certificate or Diploma in a relevant technical field (e.g. Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Facilities Maintenance) is desirable. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience as a handyman, technician, or general maintenance worker is an advantage, but on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor building issues independently.
  • Physically fit and able to perform hands-on repair tasks.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
