Job Description:
- Conduct On-the-Job (OJT) and classroom training of restaurant operations & restaurants administration skills for new Management Trainee, Assistant Manager & Restaurant General Manager Level.
- Conducting promotion training and LTO (Limited Time Offer) menu training for both new and existing employees
- Deliver Training Course effectively.
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
- Access employee knowledge and skill.
- Support performance or any training requirement and processes for managers and employees.
- Execute and evaluate training programs, orientation, and personnel development for trainees.
- Conduct Training Excellence Review (TER) audit in the restaurant.
- Custodian of manual and training materials in the library.
- Provide on side training support for new restaurant opening.
- Responsible in handling the administration of pre & post training program conducted.
- To support, to coordinate with other departments during organizing special events: Townhall, CSC outing and etc
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration & Training / HR Management or equivalent.
- Background from F&B
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skills, fluent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbal and written).
- A candidate with experience in training and development will be an added advantage.
- Dedicated, proactive, responsible, attention to detail, and result-oriented.
- Pleasant disposition, self-motivator, a team player, and able to work under pressure.
- Meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong PC skills including good knowledge in using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, google sheet, google form and Canva.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
