- Update and maintain External Resource Management (ERM) database/ Masterfile
- To ensure ERM database/ masterfile completeness with high quality of data
- Implement and enhance internal control processes, guideline and policies for tracking, monitoring and reporting (including status, cost, risks and issues)
- Prepare critical monthly/quarterly reporting for various meetings to provide executive dashboards with advance analytics
- Identify trends and make recommendations for better efficiency and practices that aligned to ERM processes, guideline and policies
- Track status of all request/billing documentations– based on updates from hiring managers, service provider and stakeholders by keeping an up-to-date log of requests and backlog
-Ensure all requests/billing documentations follow required standards and procedures
-Collaborate with hiring manager & service provider to ensure all requests/billing documentations update regularly/monthly/quarterly
-Managing billing documentation and payment such as invoice, claims & etc.
-Prepare letter, memo and minutes of meeting and documentation for audit and other matters
-Monitor daily progress report and presenting progress report
-Managing filing documentations
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and accounting etc. SAP as initiator role (PR creator & SE initiator)
Education & Experience Requirement
Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
