- No experience required. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidate is required to be fluent in English (read, speak and type)
- Applicant must be willing to work on 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Applicant would be willing to work based in office: Petaling Jaya
- Applicants who are able to join immediately would be an advantage
Responsibility
- Handling all inbound calls and livechat pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
- Able to handle communicate efficiently with customers markets from Australia and New Zealand.
- Able to handle outbound calls if necessary
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information and upselling of product and services wherever necessary
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
