Marketing Admin Executive (Social Media)
A Marketing Admin Executive is responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to marketing operations, including maintaining marketing databases, coordinating events, tracking campaign performance, creating marketing materials, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing strategies. The executive often acts as a key support role for the marketing team by handling logistical and organizational aspects.
Key responsibilities may include:
Marketing Database Management:
Maintaining and updating customer and prospect information in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for marketing campaigns.
Campaign Coordination:
Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, website, print) by managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Event Management:
Coordinating logistics for marketing events like webinars, conferences, trade shows, including venue booking, registration, catering, and materials preparation.
Marketing Material Creation:
Developing and managing marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, website content, and social media graphics.
Budget Tracking:
Monitoring marketing campaign budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting on financial performance against targets.
Reporting and Analysis:
Gathering data on marketing campaign performance, analyzing results, and preparing reports for the marketing team and senior management.
Vendor Management:
Managing relationships with external marketing vendors like printing companies, creative agencies, and event planners.
Administrative Tasks:
Handling general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining marketing files.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize deadlines.
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in marketing materials and data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excellent skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint for data analysis and report creation.
- CRM knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot for managing customer data.
- Marketing understanding: Basic understanding of marketing principles, including different channels and campaign strategies.
- Communication skills: Clear and effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Project management skills: Ability to plan and execute marketing projects within budget and timelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
