Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments accurately.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding invoices and payments.
- Maintain and organize office inventory and supplies.
- Handle data entry and ensure records are up to date.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Admin Clerk or Tally Clerk.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
