Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments accurately.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding invoices and payments.
  • Maintain and organize office inventory and supplies.
  • Handle data entry and ensure records are up to date.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Admin Clerk or Tally Clerk.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
