  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in quality control testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations, stability studies, and other product analysis under supervision.
  • Support in documenting and maintaining QC/QA records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and certification requirements (e.g., Halal, MeSTI, HACCP, GMP).
  • Assist in the investigation of non-conformance issues and propose corrective actions.
  • Participate in internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
  • Assist the R&D team in developing, testing, and improving new/existing products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking for R&D projects.
  • Support in the preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to QC, QA, and R&D activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality and product development projects.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of food safety standards and laboratory testing procedures is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
