  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including introducing company policies and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters and address any workplace issues or concerns.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts, aiming for resolution and maintaining a positive working environment.
  • Support managers in maintaining effective communication between employees and the leadership team.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Administer employee benefits programs such as medical, retirement benefits, leave entitlements and manage employee records.
  • Provide guidance to employees on compensation-related inquiries such as salary structure, bonuses and etc
  • Identify training needs and support the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Coordinate in-house or external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s labor laws (such as the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, etc.) and other relevant regulations.
  • Ensure proper handling of employment contracts, disciplinary actions, terminations, and other legal HR procedures.
  • Support performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
