- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including introducing company policies and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters and address any workplace issues or concerns.
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts, aiming for resolution and maintaining a positive working environment.
- Support managers in maintaining effective communication between employees and the leadership team.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Administer employee benefits programs such as medical, retirement benefits, leave entitlements and manage employee records.
- Provide guidance to employees on compensation-related inquiries such as salary structure, bonuses and etc
- Identify training needs and support the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Coordinate in-house or external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s labor laws (such as the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, etc.) and other relevant regulations.
- Ensure proper handling of employment contracts, disciplinary actions, terminations, and other legal HR procedures.
- Support performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees and management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
