  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

Assistant Manager, Finance / Finance Manager

Management Reporting (Subsidiary)

  • Prepare monthly management reporting for MLM with detailed analysis
  • To assist in preparation of board papers for MLM
  • To manage accounts payable ensuring payments are prepared in accordance to policy set out by management
  • Responsible for the preparation for statutory audit & tax related matters for entites in charged
  • Budget preparation for the entities in charged

Management Reporting (Group)

•Review individual management reports submitted by accounts team and prepare monthly Group's inter companies transactions (i.e. reconciliations, intercompanies balances) with detailed analysis

Statutory Reportings

•To assist with the coordination and engagements with auditors and tax agents for statutory audit & tax related matters for all PKT & Usaha Evolusi Group of Companies

Board Matters

  • To review board materials for Peninsula Group
  • To assist in board materials preparation for Auto Group

Others

  • Ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by the Management from time to time

Education

Accounts & Finance

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or any equivalent professional accounting qualification, ACCA/CPA or

equivalent certification (preferred)

Experience

Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in audit/finance related field

Group consolidation account and financial reporting analysis

Skills

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint

Strong knowledge in IFRS/MFRS accounting standards, compliance to the statutory reporting requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
