Position: Operations & E-Commerce Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations & E-Commerce Assistant to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will handle essential paperwork, manage online store orders, and ensure product labeling is accurate and complete.

Responsibilities:

  • Issue Delivery Orders (DOs) and process customer orders efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate order records and assist with order fulfillment.
  • Manage online store orders, including order tracking and customer coordination.
  • Ensure all products are labeled correctly with stickers before distribution.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to inventory and sales operations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reports.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator to edit or print stickers.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (for simple design tasks).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Prior experience in e-commerce order management or administrative work is a plus.

Location: Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Shah Alam.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) , Saturday (8.30am - 12.00pm)
Salary: RM 1,800 - RM 2,300
