Responsibilities:
- provide general administrative and clerical support to management
- perform data entry and scan documents
- answer, screen and transfer inbound calls and messages
- maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- handle requests for information and data
- resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- maintain office supply inventories
- coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- coordinate and maintain records for petty cash
Requirements:
- reliable, independent and organised
- with or without experience
- working hour - 9am - 6pm (negotiable)
- alternate Saturday and public holidays (negotiable)
- proficiency in spreadsheets and written communication
- proficiency in graphical design is a bonus
- ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
- knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
- superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
