Responsibilities:

  • provide general administrative and clerical support to management
  • perform data entry and scan documents
  • answer, screen and transfer inbound calls and messages
  • maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • handle requests for information and data
  • resolve administrative problems and inquiries
  • maintain office supply inventories
  • coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • coordinate and maintain records for petty cash

Requirements:

  • reliable, independent and organised
  • with or without experience
  • working hour - 9am - 6pm (negotiable)
  • alternate Saturday and public holidays (negotiable)
  • proficiency in spreadsheets and written communication
  • proficiency in graphical design is a bonus
  • ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
  • computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
  • knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
  • superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
