  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential
  • Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision
  • Fresh grade (Preferred)

Job Scope:

  • Assist executive to Prepare overall project budgets, construction costs, progress claims/payment, variation orders and final accounts are prepared.
  • Assist executive checking and auditing of bills of quantities and other tender documents.
  • Ensure tender procedures and contract arrangements are complied with company policies and procedures.
  • Organize the registration of contractors and the shortlisting of contractors of tenders.
  • Organize the calling of tenders, check tender evaluation and preparation of award reports.
  • Participate in pre-contract negotiations and tender interviews.
  • Source for pricing from supplier/contractor and work out competitive tender prices.
  • Regular cost monitoring of projects including variations to ensure construction cost are within the agreed budgets.
  • Any other ad-hoc requirements that are relevant.
