JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leave and Attendance Management

  • Handle and monitor staff annual leave (AL) and medical leave (MC) records.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approval processes for all leave applications.

2. Employee Documentation & Records

  • Prepare and manage staff offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain an up-to-date employee database.

3. Recruitment & Hiring Process

  • Assist in processing staff pay slips, ensuring accurate salary calculations and deductions.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies.

4. Data Entry & Administration

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for HR and general administrative tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • minimum SPM or any qualification-related field.
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
