Job Overview:

Engage with business partners and customers to ensure a smooth Air Conditioning Rent-To-Own process and deliver high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee installation processes and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and business partners.
  • Monitor and ensure quality standards for installations and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate case updates in company systems (Partner System, ATAS, etc.).
  • Process invoices from business partners promptly.
  • Assist team leaders and stakeholders in meeting performance and service standards.
  • Attend meetings, training, and discussions as required.
  • Foster a positive working environment and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Good problem-solving and proactive approach to customer needs.
  • Familiarity with customer service systems/software.
  • Adaptability to changing processes and procedures.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
