Job Overview:
Engage with business partners and customers to ensure a smooth Air Conditioning Rent-To-Own process and deliver high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation processes and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
- Act as a liaison between customers and business partners.
- Monitor and ensure quality standards for installations and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate case updates in company systems (Partner System, ATAS, etc.).
- Process invoices from business partners promptly.
- Assist team leaders and stakeholders in meeting performance and service standards.
- Attend meetings, training, and discussions as required.
- Foster a positive working environment and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Good problem-solving and proactive approach to customer needs.
- Familiarity with customer service systems/software.
- Adaptability to changing processes and procedures.
Job Type: Contract
