Reception & Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Handle inquiries from clients, guests, and employees and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and couriers.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support HR and management with scheduling meetings, arranging interviews, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents as needed.

Office Coordination & Operations

  • Monitor and coordinate office maintenance, cleaning services, and facilities management.
  • Arrange meeting rooms, refreshments, and necessary equipment for office events and meetings.
  • Maintain an updated record of office expenses and petty cash (if required).
  • Support employee engagement activities and events coordination.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
