Reception & Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
- Handle inquiries from clients, guests, and employees and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
Administrative Support
- Assist in general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and couriers.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR and management with scheduling meetings, arranging interviews, and handling travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents as needed.
Office Coordination & Operations
- Monitor and coordinate office maintenance, cleaning services, and facilities management.
- Arrange meeting rooms, refreshments, and necessary equipment for office events and meetings.
- Maintain an updated record of office expenses and petty cash (if required).
- Support employee engagement activities and events coordination.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
