KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1)Administrative Support: -Provide high-level administrative assistance to the CEO and senior management, managing day-to-day tasks with efficiency and discretion. -Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management. -Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO 2)Document and Correspondence Management: -Handle and organize official documents, correspondence, and company files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility. -Draft and prepare business correspondence, presentations, and reports as required by the CEO. -Maintain an organized system for filing and tracking important documents and records. 3)Meeting and Event Coordination: -Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are in place (room bookings, equipment, agenda preparation). -Prepare agendas for meetings, distribute materials, and ensure that meetings run smoothly. -Take accurate and concise meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. 4)Business Travel Coordination: -Organize and manage business travel arrangements for the CEO and senior management, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries. -Ensure all travel-related expenses are tracked and reported as necessary. REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS: -Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Mass communication with relevant job experiences 3 – 5 years. -Must be willing base at Johor Bharu, Johor -Possess own transport and willing to travel. -Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably in a corporate setting. -Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. -Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
